Dr. Raj S. Gidda was born and raised in Toronto and started his journey into the world of health care when he began his undergraduate education at York University where he studied Kinesiology and Health Science. Trusting his instincts, he continued on to his graduate work at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and D'Youville College where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University as well as certifications in Graston Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique, Spidertech kinesio/athletic taping, advanced gait analysis and advanced orthotic fitting.
Dr. Gidda has extensive experience working and training in a multitude of clinical and hospital settings. He brings a proven commitment to high quality health care, excellent treatment skills and a desire to continually improve both the quality of life of his patients and his own skills as a Chiropractor. Dr. Gidda's primary areas of interest include sports medicine and the treatment/management of acute and chronic pain syndromes at all stages of life.
When Dr. Gidda is not in clinic he enjoys working out, exploring new cuisines, watching movies, and spending time with his family and beloved dog, Simba. On weekends, it isn't rare to see him under his car pretending to be a mechanic!
